DNA Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. (DNA Lab) is an independent laboratory that specializes in developing DNA test assay and manufacture in vitro molecular diagnostic kits. DNA Lab possesses the capabilities to research, design, develop and manufacture innovative DNA based in vitro Molecular Diagnostic Kits (MDK) with specific biomarkers. DNA Lab also provides detection of both genetics inherited diseases and infectious agents. We will also provide genetic screening services in the region. DNA Lab is currently focusing on research and development of in vitro Molecular Diagnostic Kit for screening and family inherited predisposition genes, namely Thalassemia. |

DNA Laboratories Sdn Bhd (DNA Lab) was awarded BioNexus Status Company from Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation (BiotechCorp), BiotechCorp is an agency under the purview of Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and is wholly-owned by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated. BiotechCorp is governed by the Biotechnology Implementation Council and advised by the Biotechnology International Advisory Panel, both chaired by the honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato’ Seri Abdullah Hj. Ahmad Badawi. |
